Meditation and Relaxation

Are you feeling stressed and tired? Or perhaps you are lacking some me time? If so come and join me once a month for a meditation and relaxation class. The class starts with an opening circle offering some words of wisdom and inspiration for your practice. We then begin with a few light joint stretches to open and release the body followed by a guided meditation which includes Pranayama (breathing exercises) and a long relaxation to release the body and mind of all stresses and worries. You will walk away from the class feeling rested and connected to your inner peace.

Where: Niland Conference Centre, 93 Elstree Road, Bushey Heath, WD23 4EE

Theme: This month we will be looking into the topic of trusting ourselves. In our day to day lives we are constantly making decisions. Sometimes they may be small decisions and sometimes they can be life changing. Therefore in this session we will look at how meditation and relaxation can influence our decisions from a place of inner trust and conviction. 

Requirements: Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and three cushions. Wear comfortable clothing and refrain from eating one to two hours before the class.
