The classes are more than just an exercise class. I find the breathing and meditation interesting and Jaina is clearly very knowledgeable and that is satisfying from an intellectual point of view. The class is an opportunity in a busy day for someone else to take charge, make decisions and generally tell me what to do. As I'm usually doing this in various ways with my clients, family etc. this is part of the mental relaxation that I get from yoga classes. I can step off the treadmill for a while and be almost like a child.
