Thereafter it is £15 for a drop in class and £120 for a ten class pass which is valid for twelve weeks
There is no better way to spend your evening than in these weekly classes. The sessions are for mixed levels and allow you to develop physical strength and stamina thus toning the body and improving overall health. The classes also work on releasing stress and anxiety leaving you feeling calm, peaceful and ready for the week ahead. I am on hand in each class to give you clear guidance, instruction and assistance along with personal adjustments. Each class covers a warm up, posture (asana) practice, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation. This gives you an all round physical, mental and energetic experience.
Please refrain from eating at least one hour before the class as we do not want to disturb the digestive system while it is functioning. Students are advised to bring their own yoga mat. If a student forgets their mat, a mat can be hired for £1 and this is based on a first come first serve basis. Mats can also be purchased for £17 and are available in the colour aqua or magenta.
